Archie brings more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits, including the past 16 years with TRICOR Insurance. He currently serves as Manager of Employee Benefits for the Small Business Unit, where he oversees TRICOR’s small business sales team.
In his role, Archie focuses on delivering effective, efficient benefit solutions that align with each client’s goals. He is known for guiding clients toward results-driven plan designs that balance cost, coverage, and long-term sustainability.
Prior to joining TRICOR, Archie spent five years with Humana in a sales role serving the Phoenix, Arizona market, where he developed a strong foundation in employee benefits strategy and client advocacy.
