Desiree joined TRICOR Insurance in 2022. She brought with her more than twelve years of working within the customer service industry. She enjoys the everyday challenges of her job and helping people while building a relationship with them. Desiree is working towards the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) accredited designation. Desiree enjoys building rapport and trust with her clients through transparent communication and being able to articulate the intricacies of the products and services that a risk management program leverages.
