Jonell spent many years working for the Janesville School District as a paraprofessional working with kids with special needs. In 2022 she began her career with TRICOR Insurance. She has highly developed skills in client experience and sets her standards high for helping clients reduce and identify their risks.
Jonell was born and raised in Janesville, WI. Outside the office, Jonell is committed to volunteering her time working with the youth from her church community. She is also an avid fisherman and spends much of her time enjoying the outdoors, including being in her garden.
