As an Account Manager, I am responsible for the daily servicing of both personal and business insurance policies. I am responsible for ensuring that each client receives exceptional service based on their individual needs and expectations. My responsibilities include reviewing market trends and work with insurance carrier underwriters to helping my clients get the most value out of their insurance investment. Each year I individually review my clients' coverage and policies and use my expertise to help advise my clients on critical choices they have for their insurance packages.
I have more than 25 years' experience in the insurance industry, and I hold insurance licenses in property, casualty, life, and health. I have achieved the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) by completing courses sponsored through the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin.
Appointments can be made for times outside of regular office hours.
