The last 10 years have been in the area of group health benefits. His area of expertise is midsized employers who wish to use alternative funding methods such as self-funding and HRA’s/HSA’s as well as Wellness initiatives to lower their health care cost in today’s ACA environment. Steve is a native of Dubuque and remains active in the community.
