OUR TEAM HAS ADVANCED TRAINING

You will be working with a team of people who are aviation insurance professionals. Jeff Rasmussen, President, was one of the first four recipients of the Certified Aviation Insurance Professional (CAIP) designation. He also holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, and Certified Insurance Counselor designations and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Not only do we have advanced insurance training, but we also have advanced aviation ratings and licenses. Jeff is a CML, IFR, SES pilot with over 500 hours.

Aviation insurance policies are not standard insurance contracts. They are complex and require a great deal of knowledge and creating the correct coverage for each clients' individual needs. Aviation exposures are excluded by virtually all personal and commercial policies. Being able to obtain the limits of liability that a client wants and to design the policy to protect these assets is our focus.

PROVEN RISK MANAGEMENT APPROACH

We are assisting clients with implementation of the NATA Safety1st Program and developing their Safety Management System. For many airports, we have helped with writing on minimum standards and insurance language for leases. Many of our associates have developed safety and loss control programs. We can review your risk management program for aviation and help you prepare a corporate aviation accident response plan.
