Lancaster, WI — At TRICOR Insurance, we care deeply about our employees, clients, and communities and want to be sure that we keep them healthy and safe during this unprecedented time. We are meeting daily to discuss new developments so that we can quickly adapt and continue to provide the best possible customer service to our clients. We are closely monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus and continually reviewing guidance issued by government health authorities. We have put in measures to help minimize any disruption to our clients, agents, and brokers—while ensuring the safety of our employees. You can expect TRICOR Insurance to continue to be responsive to all of our client’s needs.

Our customer service team will be available during regular business hours via phone, email, or the chat feature on our website. Our toll-free number is (877) 468-7426, or you can also reach us at request@tricorinsurance.com. Our website, TRICORInsurance.com, remains open 24/7 as we continue our commitment to giving customers the best possible experience. In the event you have a claim, our staff is continuing to handling incoming calls and client inquires, and insurance adjusters are continuing to assist our clients as needed.

We’re encouraging an open line of communication between our employees and our clients to assess their comfort level with on-site visits and determine what is best for all involved.

With the guidance of the CDC and other public health officials, we have enhanced the frequency and scope of our sanitizing procedures to maintain our already high standards. We continue to add resources and focus on handwashing, hygiene, and sanitation in all of our locations.

We’re working diligently to plan for multiple scenarios and keep our employees, clients, and community informed. We continue to follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Should the situation change, and we are required to alter regular business hours and operations, we will notify our customers immediately.

Thank you for your commitment, patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. Stay safe, stay well, and take care.
